Mornington RoadAn exclusive gated development situated on the cusp of Epping Forest, with excellent connections to central London. This prestigious community is a collection of five stunning detached family homes which combine elegant brick and stone architecture with a luxury specification.
Coopers YardA development of eight luxury Mews Houses in the heart of Islington. This exciting scheme was developed by Aitch Construction and the units sold.
Umberston StreetThe site is located in Whitechapel, off Commercial Road, only minutes away from Aldgate and the City. The design had to take into account being surrounded on three sides and therefore lent itself to a courtyard development up to seven storeys with five commercial units at the ground floor (650 sq meters in total). Negotiations were successfully concluded with Toynbee HA, a major social housing provider in the area, who carried out a mixed tenure proposal of mainly shared ownership and affordable rent with a small element of five units for outright sale. Not only a successful land transaction, Aitch Group also carried out the construction works on behalf of Toynbee HA, which was completed on time and within budget. This laid the foundation for future work within the housing association sector over the years to come.
Coborn RoadThe property was previously occupied by the ROK Group PLC, trading as Llewellyn (general building contractors), for light-industrial, office and storage purposes. The site is bordered by a conservation area to the north and east. Beyond the railway lines to the south, is the attractive Tredegar Square conservation area. Aitch Group acquired this site and achieved a strong residential planning consent with the building covering 100% of the site. Aitch Construction delivered this project on time and on budget.
Alma RoadThis former public house has been re-developed into seven terraced houses for the Housing Association market. Aitch worked hand in hand with an RSL to develop this turn key project.
